Company formation
Flatrate for all types of Swiss companies: € 1000 € 900
Flatrate includes notary fees and one set of legalized company documents after filing with the commercial registry.
Founding period is about one week.
Formation procedure step by step:
1. You send us via email the desired company name, company purpose, copy of passport and residential address of all directors to be filed with the Commercial Register. The legal address and Swiss resident director can be provided by our side.
2. We will check your data and send you the bill for our services with the contract for the company management (resident director services). You pay the invoice amount.
3. After receiving the money our notary public will create the articles of incorporation and we open a special bank account in the name of your company for the initial capital contribution.
4. You transfer the initial capital to the capital contribution account. The contribution in kind (BTC/USDT/ETH) is possible.
5. Appointment with our notary public, establishing of the company and registration with the Commercial Register in Zug.
6. After five days your company is registered with the Commercial Register in Zug.
7. Initial capital is transferred from the capital contribution account to the corporate account.
8. Your certified company documents such as articles of incorporation, share certificate or share book and general power are ready.
We can also set up your business in your absence if you entrust us with a certified special power of attorney.
Company administration
Swiss resident director services: € 3000 per year, including certified power of attorney in favor of other appointed managers.
Formation of a company with given authorization: € 500.
Legal address in city of Zug: € 1000 per year, you may use our representative office for your meetings with clients.
Accounting
This yearly fee depends on number of booking entries and business complexity (up from € 250).
Bank accounts
We are working with HSBC, Credit Suisse, UBS, Julius Baer, Banque Cramer & Cie and some well-known foreign banks outside of Switzerland.
